[March 2013] - Singer/songwriter Parker Millsap turned 20 in February. Another year and he’ll be able to slide onto a barstool and order a beer in the same venues he’s been playing for a while now. Barely out the door of Purcell High, Millsap released Palisade last April. Featuring Millsap’s songwriting, guitar and gritty vocals with the substantial support of his buddy Michael Rose on bass, it’s an excellent album by any measure and an impressive debut effort....

Turnpike Troubadours take triple threat to Arkansas
[February 2013] - The Turnpike Troubadours will be at The Longhorn Saloon in Fort Smith for a show on Friday, Feb. 22, with the doors opening at 7 p.m., and wrap up their time in Arkansas with an appearance at George's Majestic Lounge on Feb. 23 in Fayetteville. Then they will make their way back to Oklahoma for two shows. Feb. 28, Troubadours will be at The Tumbleweed Ballroom in Stillwater and on March 29, they will play at the Buffalo Run Casino in Miami....
